Meet Jan Lane

Jan studied photography and visual arts at university. She now makes ceramics and needle-felt, mostly small-scale sculptural pieces. She works at home, in a small shed in her garden. She has recently returned to printmaking and drawing.

Jan’s has shown her work at various galleries:

The Gallery Shop, Black Swan Arts, Frome
The Goldfish Bowl Gallery, Corsham
Pound Arts Centre, Corsham

Over the years Jan has delivered art education workshops with children, running after-school Art Club at her local village school in Holt.

She has also delivered occasional workshops at Trowbridge Museum on various crafts.
